Barcelona superstar striker Neymar will miss his second and third straight game, as he'll have to watch the Spanish Super Cup against Athletic Bilbao from home. The Brazilian picked up a parotitis, commonly known as mumps, likely during his vacation period in Brazil.
Neymar is currently at home recovering from the inflamation on his salivary glands, and one of his friends published an Instagram photo -- which we assume was taken with Neymar's permission -- that shows that the problem looks really gross.
At this point, the disease is no longer contagious, which means people can be around Neymar with no risk of getting infected. Since this is a light issue, the 23-year-old is expected to return on Barça's La LIga debut. Until then, his face looks really weird.
