The European Super Cup arrives in Barcelona

The first team flew back home on Wednesday morning with an extra passenger on board - the trophy won in Georgia

Barça’s record-equalling fifth European Super Cup trophy has been brought back to the Catalan capital. The first team’s flight home from Georgia touched down at El Prat Airport at around 7.00am CET. During the trip, president Josep Maria Bartomeu, manager Luis Enrique and captains Iniesta, Messi, Busquets and Mascherano posed for the traditional picture with the cup, which will shortly be going on display in the museum at the Camp Nou.
