RC Celta de Vigo v FC Barcelona: Beaten at Balaídos (4-1) | FC Barcelona
Barça lost their one hundred per cent record in the 2015/16 Liga season, and also their place at the top of the table, as Celta continued their extraordinary start to the campaign with a 4-1 defeat of the European champions. It was a disappointing night for the Catalans, but all credit has to go to Eduardo Berizzo and his side, who look set to be a force to reckon with this season.
Barcelona haunted by former La Masia players in Celta loss - ESPN FC
Losing 4-1 to Celta Vigo will have been bad enough for Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, but the result must have stung even more knowing that it was one made in Barca -- his Barca. Eduardo Berizzo's side produced a great team display, but within it were the requisite outstanding individual performances, and two of those had a distinct Blaugrana tinge. La Masia shone on Wednesday night. It just happened to shine for the wrong team.

Ex-La Masia attacker Nolito started the scoring at Balaidos by curling in his fifth of the season. Aspas then took over by twice racing behind a flat-footed defence to coolly score. Neymar's late strike counted for little then when Celta sub John Guidetti slammed in his first La Liga goal after another breakdown by the Barca back line, which was not at all stiffened by Gerard Pique and Dani Alves returning to the starting XI.
