Spanish Federation announce date for 2015 El Clásico between Real Madrid vs Barcelona

The Spanish Federation has announced the date and time for the first El Clásico of the new season.

It's been decided that Barcelona and Real Madrid will clash for the first time in this campaign on Saturday, November 21st, at 20:30 CET at Santiago Bernabéu. It will be the first game after the international break for both teams in November, so it's safe to assume that the FIFA Virus might strike and there could be a couple of injuries.

It was a great two-match Clásico last season, with the Blancos winning the first match at home with an emphatic 3-1 victory in the initial portion of 2014. In March of this year, with the Blaugrana already turned into a world-beating force, we saw a magnificent match at Camp Nou, won by the eventual Treble winners with a fantastic 2-1 triumph. That win put the Catalan giants ahead of the table at the time, and it was crucial for the Blaugranes to win La Liga.

We're two months away from the match yet, so it's hard to predict anything. The only thing we know for sure: the greatest club spectacle on Earth will be awesome. Can't wait.
