Does this team ever stop breaking records? It would seem not and February 8 produced yet another memorable night for the all-conquering blaugrana. FC Barcelona have become the first team to ever reach five Spanish Cup finals in a row, where they’ll have the chance to make it four titles in a row when they meet Sevilla on April 21 at a venue to be decided.

With a 0-3 aggregate win over Valencia in the Copa del Rey semifinals, FC Barcelona has now reached the tournament’s Final for the fifth consecutive season, an all-time record. Since the cup competition in Spain was founded in 1903, only four other clubs in history — besides Barça — have reached the final four times in a row.

Barcelona B midfielder Oriol Busquets is set to miss the rest of the season after tearing a knee meniscus in training on Wednesday. Barca confirmed that Busquets would undergo surgery and Diario Sport reported that he will be sidelined for up to five months.
