Roma warn Justin Kluivert they will never sell him to Barcelona

The teenager has said Barca would be a dream move

Roma president James Pallotta has warned new arrival Justin Kluivert that the club will never sell him to Barcelona.

Kluivert has previously described a move to the Camp Nou as being as “dream” as it would allow him to follow in his father, Patrick’s, footsteps.

However, relations between Roma and Barcelona aren’t great after the Blaugrana snatched Malcom away from the Serie A side at the last minute.

“I’ll give you a Lamborghini if you score 30 goals. Otherwise it’s a Mercedes if you score 10, okay?” he said.

“I’ve also read that you dream of going to Barcelona. You know I’ll never sell you to them, right?”

It will be interesting to see how Kluivert fares next season in Serie A. The Dutch star is still only 19 but looks to have a big future ahead of him.
