Messi now Barcelona’s joint second-highest Copa del Rey goalscorer
The captain scored the third against Levante
Lionel Messi reached yet another landmark during Thursday’s Copa del Rey clash against Levante at the Camp Nou.
The Barcelona captain netted his team’s third goal on the night, his strike being his 49th in the Copa del Rey.

The goal means he’s now tied with Laszlo Kubala but still needs another 15 goals to tie with Josep Samitier at the top of the list.
