Dembele misses training, set for late fitness test
The Frenchman is a big doubt for the Champions League
Ousmane Dembele’s fitness remains a real concern ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League second leg against Lyon at the Camp Nou.
The French forward suffered a hamstring injury during Saturday’s 3-1 win over Rayo Vallecano and Barcelona admitted he was a doubt for the next fixture.
Mundo Deportivo reported that Dembele did not train with the team on Monday, and he certainly didn’t appear in the session.

However, he was spotted at the training ground, presumably for the club's team photo which Barca tweeted out in the afternoon:

Meanwhile, AS are reporting that Dembele had treatment with the club’s physiotherapist on Monday and could return to team training on Tuesday afternoon.
At that point the club will give him a late check to see if he’s fit enough to make the squad for Wednesday’s match. If he passes the test he’ll be included in the squad list.
However, if he does make the squad it’s not expected he’ll start the game but will be on the bench, as Barcelona are concerned about him potentially aggravating the injury.
Let’s hope for good news.
