Ernesto Valverde and his team were back at the training ground on Thursday afternoon for what for some was a recovery session following the previous night’s Catalan Super Cup match against Girona, and for other was a continuation of preparations for Saturday’s league game at home to Rayo Vallecano (6.30pm CET).

FC Barcelona now know what Lille want for their striker Nicolas Pepe, from the Ivory Coast. Gerard Lopez, the president of the French side, spoke on RMC Sport and said the club would sell for “between 50 and 80 million euros”.
