The French forward was an injury doubt before the game and started the match on the bench. He arrived late in the second half and scored in the 5-1 win.
However, it appears that he may have aggravated his injury against Lyon and will now be forced on to the sidelines for a while.
The news means he will miss Barcelona’s next three La Liga games against Real Betis, Espanyol and Villarreal but could be back for the visit of Atletico Madrid on April 6.
Barcelona will also be hoping he is back in time for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals which are scheduled for April 9/10.
