No offer yet from Barcelona to sign Neymar, Dembélé will not be sold - report

However, Barça consider a swap deal involving Coutinho

Contrary to reports that Barcelona had already offered Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembélé, and 40 million euros in exchange for Neymar, Cadena COPE reports that no offer for the Brazilian has been submitted to Paris Saint-Germain.

The board has unanimously decided to pursue Neymar, we are told, but not at any cost. Particularly, Barça are said to not want to spend much on the transfer and will try to use players to lower the asking price.

According to the report, Barça value Philippe Coutinho at 100 million and Neymar at 150 million as part of a potential swap deal. However, COPE assures us that Dembélé is staying and will not be used as part of the swap, once again contradicting earlier reports.

Neymar’s willingness to return to the Camp Nou is an open secret. While PSG are reportedly willing to part with the player, they are not giving him an easy way out and are demanding a king’s ransom for his services, according to rumors.
