Leonardo confirms Neymar talks but says deal has not advanced

A move to Barcelona is no closer

PSG sporting director Leonardo has given an update on Neymar’s future but it does not seem like much is going on at present.

Speculation has been rife that PSG met with Barcelona for talks this week, but Leonardo says that no progress has been made.

“As you know, there have been discussions over his future,” he said.

“However, nothing has advanced.”

Barcelona are said to have offered cash plus players for Neymar but have been unable to reach an agreement with the French champions.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are also reportedly interested and the Brazilian is said to be open to a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
