Suarez says Neymar did everything he could to return to Barcelona

The Uruguayan has been talking about the PSG star

Barcelona striker Luis Suarez was interviewed this week by Fox Sports Radio in Argentina. The main topic was, of course, Neymar and his failed transfer back to Barcelona.

Suarez was quite candid regarding the matter. He talked about how they tried to convince Neymar to stay before he left, and said that the Brazilian did everything to return.

“We talked about it at the time,” he said.

”We told him that there would be no place better than at Barcelona. But it’s his decision and he chose that. Now he did everything possible to return.”

Even though the Neymar transfer fell through, we’re certainly not done with it. Neymar will likely still wish to return to Spain next summer, and unless PSG win the Champions League (LOL), he’ll likely continue his crusade to return.
