The goalkeeper has been talking about his time at Barcelona

Marc-Andre ter Stegen has given an interview to Barcelona media after making his 200th appearance for the Spanish champions in Sunday’s win over Sevilla.

The Germany international spoke about a range of topics, including how happy he is at Barcelona, and the players who he has come up against.

One striker in particular who Ter Stegen has picked out is Athletic’s Aritz Aduriz, who was on target for the Basque side in their 1-0 win over Barca on the opening day.

“One of the players who has done me the most harm in La Liga is Aduriz. He’s scored against me quite a lot,” he said.

“I’m glad he’s coming to the end of his amazing career because I won’t have to face him any more, haha!

“We have one more meeting in the league and I hope he doesn’t score any more goals.”

Not many players get the better of Ter Stegen that’s for sure, but the good news for the goalkeeper is that Aduriz has already announced this will be his last season as a professional.
