The striker bagged a brace in the Champions League

Luis Suarez had a cheeky brace in Barcelona’s comeback win over Inter Milan this week. The striker has been getting a bit of a tough time from the media due to lackluster performances of late. Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen came out after the match and backed Suarez to score when it matters.

“Suarez shut a lot of mouths with that performance. He is always focused, giving his best and fighting hard. We know who we have up there. He’s always there to score goals for us when it matters.”

From a Barcelona perspective, you gotta love a team-mate gassing another team-mate up. On a real note, Suarez deserved some of the flack he was receiving.
