Dembele, Alena, Puig in Barca squad for Cartagena friendly
The champions play a fund-raiser on Wednesday
Barcelona have named their squad for Wednesday’s friendly match against Cartagena and have gone with a mix of first-teamers and youngsters as expected.
The majority of the first team are away on international duty but stars such as Ousmane Dembele, Gerard Pique and Sergi Roberto are included in the squad - there’s even a place for Carles Alena (remember him?).
Barca B players Riqui Puig, Monchu, Collado and Chumi are also on the 22-man list and will be hoping for some minutes on Wednesday night.

Interestingly, there’s no place for Samuel Umtiti in the squad. Barcelona just say he’s been “left out” but have offered no further detail, although they have confirmed Ivan Rakitic is back from international duty but will not feature due to an achilles problem.
