Paper round-up: Neymar an option, Fabian Ruiz and Willian wait for Barca

A look at the latest front pages
The international break continues into its second week which brings more rumors about potential new arrivals at Barcelona.
We’ve already seen Neymar all over the front pages in Spain last week, but he’s back again on Monday with a fresh report from Sport.
The Catalan daily have a picture of the Brazilian with the headline ‘Neymar All Open’ and report there’s a very real possibility he could be coming back in the summer.

Neymar and Barca are both still keen to be united, and the club will decide early in 2020 if they will make a move. The report also suggests Neymar can go to FIFA in June and try to fix a price that would allow him to leave PSG - a fee of €180 million is mentioned.
The front page at Mundo Deportivo is vastly different and feature Napoli’s Fabian Ruiz and Chelsea’s Willian.
They are reporting that neither player wants to renew their current deal because they are waiting to hear from Barcelona.

Fabian is contracted to Napoli to 2023 but has already been offered an extension. However, negotiations have ground to a halt and he’s reportedly looking for a way out.
It’s a similar situation with Willian apparently. Chelsea want to offer him an extension for another two seasons, plus the option of one more, but he’s in no rush to sign.
Willian is said to be happy at Chelsea but is waiting to see if Barca do make a move, while Juventus are also reportedly interested but are yet to make an offer.
