Papers: Griezmann the key to signing Neymar

PSG are reportedly keen on the Frenchman

There’s no escaping the Neymar rumors currently, and Friday brings a fresh update from Sport who reckon Antoine Griezmann is the key to Barca’s summer transfer business.

Griezmann is splashed all over the front page of the Catalan daily who are reporting that Paris Saint-Germain like the sound of bringing him in to replace Neymar.

Apparently PSG’s priorities this summer are to keep hold of Kylian Mbappe and to ‘Frenchify’ their team and this is where Griezmann comes in.

The Ligue 1 champions are starting to really like the idea of having French World Cup winner Griezmann in the ranks, and they think he could also help convince Mbappe to stay.

Griezmann would also be a handy replacement in attack with Edinson Cavani set to leave the club when his contract expires in the summer.

Bringing Neymar back to the Camp Nou remains a very complicated process, but it looks as though Barca are starting to think using Griezmann could be the way to make it happen.
