How will Barcelona line up against Leganes?
The champions are at the Camp Nou on Tuesday
Barcelona make a swift return to action on Tuesday when they take on Leganes at the Camp Nou in La Liga.
The game will see Martin Braithwaite come up against his former team fresh from bagging his first goal for the Catalan giants.
Jordi Alba is suspended for this one which is good news for Junior Firpo, while Clement Lenglet is available again after serving a one-match ban.
Let’s look at how they might line-up:
Defence
There will be changes at the back with Alba definitely out and Lenglet likely to come back in and partner Gerard Pique in central defence.
Junior looks the most likely option to come in at left-back, while Nelson Semedo and Sergi Roberto will battle it out for the right-back slot.
Midfield
Barcelona will be keeping an eye on Frenkie de Jong after he asked to be subbed off against Real Mallorca, although he did train on Sunday as normal.
Meanwhile, Arthur and Ivan Rakitic will be hoping to get their first start since La Liga returned after starting on the bench on Saturday.
Arturo Vidal netted his seventh La Liga goal of the season at Son Moix but was subbed at half-time after picking up a yellow so should be fairly fresh too.
Attack
Luis Suarez will be eyeing a first start since January after coming off the bench against Real Mallorca on his return from injury.
If he does return then Quique Setien will have to choose whether to drop Antoine Griezmann or Martin Braithwaite.
The Dane was a lot brighter than Griezmann against Mallorca and may just relish taking on his former employers.
Possible XI: Ter Stegen; Semedo, Pique, Lenglet, Junior; Vidal, Busquets, De Jong; Messi, Suarez, Braithwaite.
