Barca in talks with Spain Under-21s to release Fermin, Torre and Martin early

Fingers crossed
Barcelona are reportedly in negotiations with the RFEF about potentially releasing Under-21 trio Fermin Lopez, Pablo Torre and Gerard Martin early.
The Catalans are struggling with injuries ahead of Thursday’s rearranged clash with Osasuna after seeing Inigo Martinez, Marc Casado and Pau Cubarsi pick up physical problems over the last week.
Ronald Araujo and Raphinha are also likely to miss out due to international duty as they are in South America for World Cup qualifiers for Uruguay and Brazil.
Diario Sport are reporting Barca are hoping the trio can be released back to the club after Friday’s match with the Czech Republic.
The trio would then be given the weekend off and be ready to return to training with the rest of the non-internationals on Monday.
Spain Under-21s are due to play again on Tuesday against Germany, but both of their games over the international break are only friendlies.
