Dani Rodriguez sends out message after ‘bittersweet’ Barca debut

The teenager has reacted to his debut
Dani Rodriguez has sent out a message to Barcelona fans after making his debut in Saturday’s 2-1 win over Real Valladolid.
The teenager was named in the starting XI for the first time by Hansi Flick but was forced off in the first half with a shoulder injury.
Here’s what he’s had to say:
“Dream come true. Very happy to debut in this shirt in laliga. Thankful for the trust and especially for those who have always supported me through the good times and the bad. Everything comes together.
“On the other hand, the bittersweet taste of injury. There’s nothing left to do but keep my head up. Really looking forward to more. I will come back stronger than ever.
“Long live Barça! ”
Rodriguez now looks set for a spell out but has told by Flick that he’s “always welcome” in the first team.
