Flick told not to expect any more new signings at Barca
Joan Laporta has spoken
Barcelona have signed Joan Garcia, Marcus Rashford and Roony Bardghji this summer but that looks to be it with regards new arrivals.
Joan Laporta has been asked if there will be any more incoming transfers before the start of the new campaign and isn’t expecting any more players to join.
“We’ve hit all our targets for the upcoming season,” Laporta told Mundo Deportivo.
“In principle, there won’t be any more signings now.
“We have a good squad and a coach who wants to bolster the first team when necessary with youngsters from the reserve team.”
Speculation has claimed that Barcelona could still try to bring in a full-back to strengthen the squad but that appears unlikely now.
Instead Laporta and Barcelona will be focused on ensuring their three new signings are registered in time for the start of the new 2025-26 La Liga campaign and an opener against Real Mallorca.
