Report: Barcelona winger Adama Traoré transfer to Premier League a done deal
Adama Traoré has finally found a landing spot in the Premier League.
The 19-year-old winger was looking to leave the Camp Nou after not being promoted to the first team this season. The Blaugrana prospect then traveled to England with his agent in hopes of signing with a top-flight EPL club. After being told no by Stoke City, Everton and Manchester City, Adama changed agents, and the first attempt by his new representative worked: he struck a deal with Aston Villa, and will sign a three-year agreement with his new club, with an option for a fourth year.
For this move, Villa will pay Barcelona a €10 million fee, with an additional €2 million potentially coming in due to performance bonuses, according to a report from Mundo Deportivo. Adama has already gone through and passed his medicals, and there's only a few details left to make things official.
The announcement of the deal is expected to be made until the end of this week.
