Claudio Bravo injured in training, doubtful for Atlético Madrid match

The injury bug is seriously interested in making Barcelona's season tough. After winning a Treble with very little trouble last season in the physical department, it seems like Luis Enrique will have a lot of headaches. You can add another one.

Starting league goalkeeper Claudio Bravo suffered a right leg injury, the club announced on Tuesday:

Analysis by FC Barcelona's medical personnel has revealed that first-team goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has suffered a muscular injury to his right calf. The muscle in question is Bravo's right soleus. He will be closely monitored over the coming days and his availability for this weekend's match at Atlético Madrid will be determined based on how the injury evolves.

As it looks, the issue is not serious. While Bravo is officially doubtful for Saturday's return to La Liga, it does appear that he will be ready to play, since he'll have four days to treat the problem, and his progression in training will determine his status for the giant game at Vicente Calderón against the Colchoneros.

Hey, injury bug, please stop.
