Barca confirm Denis out for two to three weeks
Barcelona have confirmed that Denis Suarez will miss the next two to three weeks after picking up an injury in Wednesday’s Supercopa de Catalunya win over Espanyol.
Denis was substituted just before half-time with the problem and Ernesto Valverde said after the game he did not expect him to be out for too long.
However, Barcelona have now said up to three weeks which means he will miss the Champions League clash against Chelsea and the Liga games against Malaga and Athletic Bilbao.

Barcelona say Denis “has an adductor muscle strain to his left leg” which will be a blow as his appearance against Espanyol was his first since mid-January.
Denis was not expected to start against Chelsea, but he was an option with Andres Iniesta a doubt and Philippe Coutinho cup-tied for the clash.
