Ernesto Valverde has called up 19 players for the group stage finale

The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana will finish their journey in the Champions League group stage with a home game against Tottenham Hotspur, and manager Ernesto Valverde has called up the following 19 players* for Tuesday night’s group finale:


Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 13. Jasper Cillessen

Defenders: 2. Nélson Semedo, 3. Gerard Piqué, 15. Clément Lenglet, 18. Jordi Alba, 24. Thomas Vermaelen, 27. Juan Miranda

Midfielders: 4. Ivan Rakitic, 5. Sergio Busquets, 6. Denis Suarez, 7. Philippe Coutinho, 8. Arthur, 22. Arturo Vidal, 26. Carles Aleñá

Forwards: 9. Luis Suárez, 10. Lionel Messi, 11. Ousmane Dembélé, 19. Munir

*Before the game one player will be cut from the final matchday squad. The favorite: Miranda


The big news here is the return of Brazilian midfielder Arthur, who is back after missing around three weeks due to a muscle injury. Speaking of injury, Samuel Umtiti, Malcom, Sergi Roberto, Sergi Samper and Malcom miss out due to their physical issues. There are no suspensions for this game.
