Chelsea want to sign Denis Suarez in January as a replacement for Cesc Fabregas. The report reckons the midfielder wants to leave the Camp Nou and would be available for around £15 million.

He is a very important player for Barcelona. We must solve the errors and not kill them; kill them when there’s no cure. I do not think that the solution is hopeless; my advice is that this will come in time.”

Valverde’s men had 48.8 per cent of the ball against Tottenham. Of course it’s worth remembering the game was a dead rubber for Barca, while Spurs needed a result.
