Malcom’s agent tells Barca he wants to leave
The Brazilian wants more minutes next season
Malcom’s agent, Luis Fernando Menez Garcia, reportedly met with Barcelona on Tuesday to tell the club that the Brazilian wants to leave in search of regular football.
According to Catalunya Radio, the agent told the club that Malcom wants to play more and simply does not see that happening next season following the arrival of Antoine Griezmann.
Barcelona have been asked to let Malcom go before the close of the summer transfer window, and the club will reportedly demand €60 million for his services.
There have been reports of clubs interested in Malcom throughout his first season at Barca, but they are likely to find his price tag steep for a player who cost €41m a year ago.
Arsenal are the club who have been linked with a move for the forward frequently in recent days but any move to north London may end up being a loan.
