Barça are starting to think signing Neymar will be impossible

FC Barcelona’s have made a final offer for Neymar, but they are not confident Paris Saint-Germain will accept it, according to Cadena SER. What’s more, Juventus and Real Madrid are looking to make their own bids, which would complicate the situation for Barça, according to Onda Cero.

Cadena SER’s Manu Carreño:

“Barcelona has presented its final offer to PSG with the feeling that they will be told no. That’s what they believe at Barça, that deep down, PSG do not want to sell Neymar. And what I believe is that they’re more concerned that Madrid do not sign him and to satisfy Lionel Messi, than with really signing a guy who laughed at Barça and sued Barça.”

This rumored final offer is a loan deal with an option to purchase the player outright next year. Barça are said to be willing to pay up to €160 million when the time comes.

Adding to that, Onda Cero’s Alfredo Martínez tweeted out that Juventus had more money and were willing to offer Paulo Dybala plus 80 million for Neymar. In addition, Real Madrid would compete for the Brazilian’s signature. The situation is “getting complicated” for Barcelona, Martínez said.

Carreño adds: “I don’t see PSG saying, ‘let’s go, I’ll loan Neymar and in the next year we’ll talk.’ I don’t see that even as a joke.”
