Lautaro Martinez’s agent could see him at Barcelona

The striker’s agent has been talking about his future

Inter Milan and Argentina striker Lautaro Martinez is having a pretty great international break. The Inter player has put in 12 goals in only 14 caps on the senior team. He put a hat-trick past Mexico to put some of the international spotlight on himself.

His agent has been very impressed with his play and spoke about seeing his client play with Argentina team-mate Lionel Messi at Barcelona.

“It’d be wonderful to see him play with Leo Messi at Barcelona,” he said.

“It’s great to see him play like that, so relaxed and happy. He has remarkable control in his first touch and that makes it very difficult for defenders to catch him.”

There haven’t been a plethora of rumors surrounding Martinez and a Barcelona move. A flashy international break can be a nice catalyst for a player to have a breakout club season. However, it shouldn’t be the only catalyst for a transfer move, such as James Rodriguez after his World Cup performance.
