Riqui Puig dazzles in Barcelona B draw

The midfielder scored and assisted on Saturday

Riqui Puig enjoyed himself with a goal and an assist in Barcelona B’s 2-2 draw with AE Prat on Saturday at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.

The midfielder showed some real brilliance in the build-up to the first goal and then laid the ball off to Alex Collado to smash home an absolute cracker.

Barcelona promptly conceded but Puig popped up again in the second half and fired home his first goal for Barcelona B with a curling shot from the edge of the box.

Yet despite scoring two fine goals García Pimienta’s side could not quite hold on for the win and are still waiting for the first victory at the new stadium.
