Rubi makes it clear he doesn’t want Moron to leave
The Real Betis boss highlighted his importance
Real Betis boss Rubi discussed the possibility of his striker leaving the club for Barcelona on Friday. Loren Moron has had a solid season with Real Betis thus far, and it’s brought Barcelona knocking amidst their striker search.
Rubi made it clear in his press conference that Betis doesn’t want him to go. Or at least that he doesn’t want Loren to go, despite Barcelona’s increasing interest.
“Loren won’t leave because we don’t want him to go at all. There are clauses that are there to break contracts... But he’s really important to us”

The rumors around Loren will likely stick around for a bit longer. Barcelona reportedly had their €15-18m bid for Loren rejected this week. Leaving them in a predicament wherein every striker they seemingly want, costs more than they’re willing to pay. Sellers’ market I suppose.
