Koeman’s clause to leave for Barca is after summer 2021

Not that he’s thinking about it or anything...

Netherland’s boss Ronald Koeman revealed when he could take charge of Barcelona. Because we’re at Ronald Koeman levels of panic right now, this information is important for Koeman to talk about.

”The clause in my contract to go to Barcelona is for after the European Championship,” Koeman said.

”No date has been mentioned, so now it’s after the European Championship in 2021.

”But I haven’t thought about it for a second anyway.”

So Ronald Koeman can’t take over as Barcelona boss till after next summer’s European Championship. Which was suspended due to the Coronavirus outbreak. I’m glad to hear he hasn’t thought about it for a second. Wouldn’t want his focus on the Dutch national team to be distracted in any way.
