Araujo discusses how Suarez has helped him at Barca
The centre-back made his full debut on Saturday
Ronald Araujo was pretty happy with his full debut for Barcelona against Real Mallorca and spoke after the match about how Luis Suarez has been helping him at the Camp Nou.
The 21-year-old made his first senior start at Son Moix alongside Gerard Pique and put in a pretty assured display as Barca ran out 4-0 winners.
The youngster said afterwards he thinks he “played a good game” and also spoke about the help he’s received from Suarez.
“I enjoy learning from the great players who play here. I was playing with them on the Playstation a few years ago and now I share a dressing room with them,” he said.
“Luis Suarez has helped me a lot since my debut in the first team. He always helps me and supports me. He gave me a hug before the game and gave my advice about how to play calmly. It’s always important to have the support of your team-mates.”

Araujo looks set to return to the bench for Leganes on Tuesday with Clement Lenglet back from suspension, but Barca’s hectic fixture list between now and the end of the season means he may get more first-team minutes.
