La Sexta have reported that Koeman has been in the city for the weekend and reckon it’s likely he met with officials from Barca. There are also reports flying about that Koeman recently acquired a property in Barcelona.
Meanwhile, president Josep Maria Bartomeu confirmed the coach is out late on Sunday night, according to Cope.
An official annoucement is expected on Monday, at which point we may get more of a clear idea of who will be the next coach at the Camp Nou.
