Ansu Fati set for more knee surgery - report
The youngster’s expected to be out for another two months
Ansu Fati is reportedly set to undergo another operation next Thursday in a bid to fix his knee issues “once and for all.”
The teenager has been out since November when he first underwent surgery and has suffered all kinds of setbacks since then.
According to Mundo Deportivo, another intervention is now required to solve the issues and will be undertaken by the Portuguese national team doctor.
Fati has seen a few specialists this year and all three doctors have been in contact over the last three weeks about the best way forward.
It’s reportedly now been decided that the best option is another surgery and either a partial or total removal of the meniscus.
The recovery time is two months which means he will miss the Euros but hopefully will be ready in time for the start of next season.
Get well soon Ansu Fati!
