Yamal sends out cryptic message ahead of Spain vs France

Barcelona teenager Lamine Yamal has sent out a strong message on social media ahead of today’s Euro 2024 semi-final clash between Spain and France.

La Roja are hoping to book their place in the final but face a tricky test up against Didier Deschamps’ side at the Allianz Arena.

France are yet to really impress in the tournament, while Spain have looked the team to beat, and Yamal has offered up the following ahead of the game on Instagram.

Yamal’s post come after Adrien Rabiot took aim at the Barcelona teenager ahead of the match in Berlin at his press conference.

“We saw that he was a player who knew how to handle pressure very well. He has a lot of qualities. He is capable of playing with his qualities at club level as well as in major tournaments, without pressure,” he told reporters.

“Afterwards, it is always complicated to manage a semi-final in a tournament like that, but it will be up to us to put the pressure on him above all, not to let him feel comfortable and to show him that to play in a Euro final, he will have to do much more than what he has done so far.”

Yet Yamal has enjoyed a fine tournament so far. He has three assists already and has created 14 chances for Spain so far in Germany.
