Diarra hasn’t been able to move permanently yet, due to FIFA rules on minors, but he is set to turn 18 on 12 December.
The Athletic are reporting that expectations are high at Barcelona that Diarra can make it all the way into the first team at the club.
Diarra is said to have integrated quickly with his new team-mates, on his last visit, and also “impressed with his abilities.”
He’ll definitely be one to keep an eye once he gets to work at Barca.
