Kvaratskhelia to Barcelona transfer talk heats up
The winger’s future is uncertain
Barcelona have been linked with a move for Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia throughout this year but the rumors seem to be heating up again currently.
Italian daily La Repubblica reports Barca are really keen on Kvaratskhelia and are seriously thinking about making a summer bid.
The claim is that Hansi Flick is said to have asked for another winger and Kvaratskhelia is one of two forwards who could arrive at Camp Nou.
La Gazzetta dello Sport are also talking about Kvaratskhelia and think that PSG could rival Barcelona for his signature.
The winger’s Napoli contract expires in 2027 and talks over a new deal are said to be underway but possibly not getting very far.
PSG are thought to have already failed with a €100m bid for Kvaratskhelia and if he does move he certainly won’t come cheap.
The 23-year-old is enjoying another great season with Napoli. The team are top of the table in Italy and Kvaratskhelia has seven goal involvements in 12 Serie A matches so far.
