Olmo & Victor removed from La Liga’s website as Christensen returns
The duo are unregistered currently
Dani Olmo and Pau Victor have both been removed from La Liga’s website after Barcelona failed to re-register them before the end of 2024.
The two players no longer feature on Barcelona’s squad page, although Andreas Christensen does appear once more.
Barca registered Olmo in place of Christensen for the first half of the season after the Dane was ruled out for four months with an Achilles injury.
However, Christensen is now back on the list and expected to return to action for Barcelona in January after recovering from injury.
Barca issued a statement on December 31st to confirm they have asked the RFEF for a new license for both players.
However, La Liga issued a swift response to say Barca had not “provided any alternative that, in compliance with La Liga’s economic control regulations, would allow them to register any player as of Jan. 2.”
