With the World Cup fast approaching, dozens of Barcelona’s best players will travel to America this summer looking to win the biggest prize in the game for their countries.

International football often annoys fans of clubs who have their schedules interrupted by constant international break, but tournaments such as the World Cup bring all fans together as they either root for their nation or their favorite players to do well on the biggest stage.

Several Barça stars have a real chance to lift the trophy this summer, with most of them playing for reigning European champions Spain. Others, such as Jules Kounde (France), Marcus Rashford (England) and Raphinha (Brazil), are also in contention to win it all.

Playing for their countries certainly means a lot to those players, even if their international exploits might hurt their ability to fully contribute at the club level due to injuries, long travel and heavy minute loads for their nations. But some can benefit from playing high-stakes matches internationally as well, and that is the subject of today’s Barca Blaugranes Question of the Day:

Which Barça player benefits the most from international football — and which one suffers from it?

Now it’s over to you! Feel free to share your thoughts, opinions and answers in the comments section below!
