Marcus Rashford’s future is in the spotlight as he heads towards the end of his season-long loan at Barcelona, with the Catalan giants reportedly keen to keep him but unwilling to pay his 30 million euro buy option.

The situation has led the rumor mill to cheekily claim that Jose Mourinho would be keen on a reunion with Rashford if he replaces Alvaro Arbeloa at Real Madrid this season.

But what does Rashford think about it? Mundo Deportivo have an update from “sources close to Rashford” and are confident that the loanee is “one hundred per cent” focused on staying at Barcelona.

Rashford isn’t even thinking about any other clubs at the moment and is desperately hoping he can continue at Camp Nou.

Quite what will happen next remains to be seen. Barcelona are hoping to negotiate another loan with United, but the Red Devils are eager to sell and believe there will be plenty of other clubs keen on Rashford this summer.
