Marc Cucurella or Alejandro Balde? Who should Barcelona bank on at left-back?
Marc Cucurella is once again being linked with a move to Barcelona as speculation about the Spain star’s future continues to swirl.
The left-back has been linked with a Chelsea exit this summer and admitted last season he’d find it difficult to turn down the chance to return to Barcelona.
A new update from Mundo Deportivo claims that Cucurella is prioritizing a return to Barca and has already told Chelsea he wants out of Stamford Bridge.
The Blues reportedly value Cucurella between €40 and €50 million and Barca are interested. However, the only way a deal could be done would be if Alejandro Balde were to leave.
Barcelona are said to be willing to listen to offers for Balde this summer, although it remains to be seen if the defender can be tempted away from the Camp Nou.
