FC Barcelona head for Madrid

The first team have left on their flight to face Atlético at 8.30pm CET in the Vicente Calderón

The eighteen Barça players that have been picked for today’s match against Atlético are currently flying to Madrid on a plane that left El Prat Airport at 10.30am CET and should take about an hour to reach the Spanish capital.

The party is being led by vice-president Jordi Cardoner, who is being joined by fellow directors Jordi Moix, Javier Bordas and Xavier Vilajoana.

After arrival, the group will be transferred to their hotel, where they will get some rest before heading to the Vicente Calderón for the 8.30pm CET kick-off.
