Real Madrid coach Rafa Benitez has bemoaned the loss of Brazil defender Danilo and Colombia midfielder James Rodriguez, both ruled out through injuries suffered while playing for their countries. Current rules say that if a player is injured for more than 28 days after an international, FIFA is required to pay a portion of his salary until he is fit again.
