OFFICIAL: Barcelona confirm Yerry Mina signing

Barcelona have confirmed their second signing of the January transfer window with the announcement that they have agreed a deal for Yerry Mina.

The defender will sign a deal with Barcelona that runs until June 2023 and will cost Ernesto Valverde’s side €11.5 million.

The Colombia international will have a release clause of €100 million.

Details of Mina’s presentation are set to follow but it’s likely to be Friday as Barca are in action tonight against Celta Vigo in the second leg of the Copa del Rey.

Mina’s arrival is expected to mean the end for Javier Mascherano who is expected to complete a move to China this winter.
