Rafinha’s future ‘depends on Inter’
Rafinha seems to be enjoying life on loan at Inter Milan but it’s still not certain if he will end up with the Serie A side.
The problem seems to be with the purchase option in his loan deal which means Inter can sign him permanently in a deal worth €35 million plus another €3m in variables.
Speculation claims that Inter are finding that price a bit steep and his dad Mazinho reckons it’s up to the Italian club to sort out his future.
“Rafinha is happy at Inter, working very well, looking for his space in football. We are very happy there, Rafa has grown a lot and is fully recovered, playing 90 minutes.
“We have signed contracts with Barça and if things go well, it depends on Inter that can stay.
“It depends on whether the club qualifies for the Champions League and if they are happy with the player.”

Rafinha has made 14 appearances since moving from Barca, notching three assists, with Inter currently fifth in the table.
They are four points behind Lazio in fourth with just three games to go and look as though they are going to miss out on Champions League football once again.
