WATCH: Messi, Suárez score amazing goals for Argentina, Uruguay

The Barça duo is ready for Copa América

With the 2019 Copa América just a week away, the 12 nations are getting ready for the tournament with a few friendlies to travel to Brazil in the best possible shape. Two Barcelona players were in action on Friday as Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez represented Argentina and Uruguay. And both scored amazing goals for their countries.

The Albiceleste faced Nicaragua in San Juan, and Messi was as lively and active as we’ve seen him with Argentina. It took a while for the goals to come, but the captain scored twice in two minutes towards the end of the first half. The first goal was just beautiful, and something we might have seen before from the GOAT:

Luis Suárez came on in the second half for Uruguay against Panama in his first appearance since Barça’s loss at Anfield, and it seems like the knee surgery was really good for him. This free-kick is just absurd:

This year’s Copa América is wide open and is going to be lots of fun. And if the videos above are any indication, the two biggest stars in the tournament are ready for action.
