Barcelona loan Marc Cucurella to Getafe

The deal includes a €6m purchase option
Barcelona confirmed on Thursday that they have agreed a deal with Getafe to loan Marc Cucurella.
The club have only just re-signed the young left-back from Eibar, but he will now leave the Camp Nou for Jose Bordalas’ side.

The deal includes an option for Getafe to purchase Cucurella permanently should he impress during his time at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
“FC Barcelona and Getafe CF have reached an agreement for the loan of the player Marc Cucurella to the Madrid club for the 2019/20 season with an option to buy at 6 million euros.
“Furthermore, FC Barcelona would receive 40% of any future sale of the player to a third party.”

Cucurella had a pretty good season last time out with Eibar and even scored against Barca in a 2-2 draw at the end of the season.
He played regularly and the club took up the option to purchase him, only for Barca to use their buyback option to re-sign him.
