Malcom rumors intensify as Barca exit looms
The Brazilian looks set to depart after just one season
Malcom’s time at Barcelona looks increasingly like it’s about to end this summer, and the latest report claims he is “close” to joining Zenit St Petersburg.
According to Marca, the Russian club are able to afford the €40 million that Barcelona want for the Brazilian and could pull off a deal this summer.
Manager Ernesto Valverde is said to be keen to trim his squad before they head off to the United States on tour, and it looks like Malcom might be the first out of the door.
There’s plenty of other rumors surrounding the Brazilian right now too.
Over at Sport the word is that Premier League sides Everton, Arsenal and Tottenham are all keen but will need to stump up €45 million to land the winger.
They also report that moves to Napoli and Inter are unlikely as the two Serie A sides only want him on loan, while Borussia Dortmund have been ruled out of the chase.
